A BLOODY MARY made with Irish Whiskey instead of Vodka.
BLOW JOB (floater)
1/2 oz Cream (bottom)
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
1/2 Vodka (top)
Top with whipped cream.
Contents should mix slightly.

3/4 oz Coffe Liqueur (bottom)
3/4 oz Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz Banana Liqueur (top)
Top with whipped cream.

1 oz Irish Cream (bottom)
1 oz Orange Liqueur or
Butterscotch Schnapps (top)
Top with whipped cream.

BLUE BAYOU (frozen)
In blender:
1 cup of ice:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 cup of fresh or canned Pineapple
2 oz Grapefruit
Blend untill smooth.
if too thick, add ice…
if too thin, add juic…
Garnish with pineapple.
BLUE BIJOU (frozen)
In blender:
1 cup of ice.
1 1/2 oz Rum or Orange Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
3 oz Orange Juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice
3—4 drops of sweetened Lime Juice.
Blend on LOW to 3 to 5 seconds.
BLUE CANARY (coctail glass)
Fill a serving glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Fill with grapefriut juice.
Stir.
Garnish with lime.
Top with umbrela.
BLUE COSMOPOLITAN (martini glass)
In a mixing glass:
1 tsp sugar
1 oz freash Lime Juice
Muddle/mix
Fill glass with ice.
3 1/2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Dash of White Cranberry Juice
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with lime.
BLUE DAIQUIRI (frozen)
In blender:
1 cup of ice
1 1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Dash of sweetened Lime Juice
Dash of Sour Mix
1/2 tsp Sugar
Blend until smoth.
if too thick, add sor mix…
if too thin, add ice…
Garnish with lime.
BLUE HAWAIIAN
Fill a serving glass with ice.
1 oz Rum or Coconut Rum or
Orange Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Cream of Coconut
Fill with Pineapple Juice
Shake.
Garnish with pineapple.
Top with umbrela.
