BILLIE HOLIDAY
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
2 oz Vodka
Dash of Grenadine
Fill with Ginger Ale.
Garnish with cherry.
BIMINI ICED TEA
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1/2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Gin or Lime Gin
1/2 oz Rum or Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake.
Top with cola.
Garnish with lemon.
BIRD OF PARADISE (wine glass)
Fill a wine glass 3/4 with ice.
Fill 3/4 with Champagne
Fill with Pineapple Juice
Dash of Grenadine.
Garnish with orange slice.
BISCUIT NECK
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1/2 oz 101-proof Bourbon
1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
BIT OF HONEY (frozen)
In blender:
1/2 cup of ice
1/2 oz Scotch
1 tbsp of Honey
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend until smothh.
Float 1/2 oz B&B on top.
BITCH FIGHT
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Orange Liqueur
Dash of sweetened Lime Juice
Fill with Cranberry Juice.
Shake.
Garnish with lime.
BITTER SMILE
Fill serving glass with ice.
1 oz Campari
2 oz Grapefruit juice
Fill with beer.
BLACK AND BLUE MARTINI (martini glass)
CAUTION: DRY – usually means less Vermouth, than usual.
EXTRA DRY – can mean even less
Vermouth than usual or NO Verrmouth at all.
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1/2 oz Dry Vermoth
2 oz TOP SHELF GIN (Premium)
2 oz TOP SHELF VODKA (Premium)
Stir/Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with lemon twist or
olives or coctail’s onion.
BLACK AND TAN
Fill a beer glass.
1/2 glass Amber Ale
1/2 glass Stout
BLACK BARRACUDA
Fill a serving glass with ice.
1 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz Blackberry Brandy
Dash of sweetened Lime Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Fill with Orange Juice.
Shake.
Garnish with lime and orange.

Fill glass with ice/
1 oz Premium blended Whisky
1 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps or
Southern Comfort
Fill with Cranberry Juice.
Shake.

Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
2 oz Vodka
Dash of Grenadine
Fill with Ginger Ale.
