3. Дана системная оценка возникновения криптовалюты как результата взаимодействия технологических, экономических и социальных обстоятельств. Дана авторская характеристика развития криптовалюты как элемента и одновременно как продукта цифровой экономики что позволяет выявить актуальные направления совершенствования экономических отношений в финансовой сфере.

4. Впервые предложен метод оценки материального обеспечения криптоденег, как созданного нового энергетического ресурса, способного выполнять функции виртуального всеобщего эквивалента, рассмотрен вариант «корзины» эквивалента в виде совокупной стоимости «золотого» и «крипто-информационного» стандарта, приходящегося на одну единицу каждого вида криптовалюты. Обосновано понятие «внутренняя стоимость криптовалюты».

5. Обоснована идея о расширении функций криптовалюты, включении в их состав не только экономических, но и социальные функций, когда в современных условиях России происходит перевод социальных функций государства на рыночную основу в сфере социальных льгот, пенсионного обслуживания, медицины и образования.

6. Обосновано предложение о майнинге как новой экономической категории рынка, дана авторская оценка экономическому смыслу введения таких регуляторов, как доказательство работы, доказательство хранения и сложности, для определения субъектов экономических отношений, их доходов и первичного и вторичного распределения таких доходов.

7. Предложена теоретическая модель общего мирового денежного рынка и денежного рынка криптовалюты и дана оценка о длительном и одновременном существовании двух валют – фиатной и виртуальной. В основу периодизации развития криптовалюты и постепенной замены фиатных денег предложено положить учет качества функций денег. Степень их реализации в зависимости от поддержки населения и бизнеса может стать системным критерием выделения этапов развития валюты. К функциям будут привязываться институциональные изменения и социальные проекты.

8. Рассмотрены особенности процессов централизации и децентрализации криптовалютного рынка и выделены экономические признаки децентрализации валютной сферы как новой экономической категории. Отмечены субъекты взаимодействия централизованного и децентрализованного регулирования криптовалютного рынка – пулы майнеров, пулы криптобирж и государство как равноправные участники рынка и дано обоснование необходимости перехода от централизованного к децентрализованному регулированию рынка криптовалюты за счет установления консенсуса между этими ведущими силами.

9. Предложены новые подходы к использованию методики о пяти сил конкуренции на крипторынке, и в соответствии с функциями денег выделены новые показатели их конкурентоспособности.

10. Рассмотрены особенности рейтингов рынка криптовалюты и обоснована потребность в рейтингах, основанных на степени развития функций денег.

11. Дана критическая оценка используемых показателей рыночной капитализации криптовалют и предложены дополнительные показатели, основанные на функциях денег как всеобщего эквивалента и платежного средства.

12. Предложена авторская классификация моделей регулирования криптовалютного рынка: либеральная, централизованная, открытая и выявлены ведущие признаки этих моделей в разных странах.

Results and novelty.

The study of the economic problems of the blockade and the crypto currency allowed us to identify new development trends and formulate an author's approach to a number of issues. Novelty, in our opinion, and its degree is as follows.

1. For the first time, the methodology of correlation of content and form (old and new), their transitional stages for disclosing the dynamics of ties between them, for analyzing the economic features of cryptogeny, their merits, shortcomings, maturity, for identifying paired categories – visible and latent (hidden), real (real) and irrational (imaginary).

2. Dan author's version of the methodological evaluation of virtual technologies in the field of blockage in terms of identifying the economic relations contained in them and understanding the blockage as a systemic economic category.

3. Dana system evaluation of the origin of crypto-currency as a result of interaction of technological, economic and social circumstances. The authors describe the development of the crypto currency as an element and simultaneously as a product of the crypto economy. This allows us to identify the acute directions of improving economic relations in the financial sphere.

4. For the first time, a method was proposed for assessing the material security of crypten money, as a newly created energy resource capable of performing the functions of a virtual universal equivalent; a variant of the «basket» of the equivalent in the form of the aggregate value of the «gold» and «crypto-information» standard per one unit of each type crypto-currencies.

5. The possibilities of using crypto currency for the development of social functions of money have also been evaluated, when in modern conditions of Russia the social functions of the state are transferred to a market basis in the sphere of social benefits, pensions, medicine and education.

6. The proposal for mining as a new economic category of the market is justified, author's assessment of the economic meaning of the introduction of such regulators as evidence of work, proof of storage and complexity is given to determine the subjects of economic relations, their incomes and their primary and secondary distribution.

7. A theoretical model of the general world money market and the money market of the crypto currency is proposed and an estimate is given of the long and simultaneous existence of two currencies, both phiatic and virtual. In the basis of the periodization of the development of the crypto currency and the gradual replacement of fiat money, it is suggested that we take into account the quality of the functions of money. The degree of their implementation depending on the support of the population and business can become a systemic criterion for distinguishing the stages of the development of the currency. Institutional changes and social projects will be attached to the functions.

8. The features of centralization and decentralization of the crypto-currency market are considered and economic signs of decentralization of the currency sphere as a new economic category are highlighted. The subjects of the interaction of centralized and decentralized regulation of the crypto-currency market – pool of miners, crypto-exchange banks and the state as equal participants in the market, and substantiated the need for a transition from centralized to decentralized regulation of the crypto currency market by establishing a consensus between these leading forces.

9. New approaches to the use of M. Porter's methodology on the five forces of competition on cryptonian are proposed, and in accordance with the functions of money new indicators of their competitiveness are singled out.

10. Features of the ratings of the crypto-currency market are considered and the need for ratings based on the degree of development of the functions of money is justified.

11. Critical estimation of used indicators of market capitalization of crypto-currencies is given and additional indicators based on functions of money as a universal equivalent and a means of payment are offered.

12. The author's classification of cryptocurrency market regulation models is proposed: liberal, centralized, open, and the leading features of these models in different countries are identified.
