Dispute Resolution in Russia: the essentials

In this book the authors tried to accumulate their work experience as well as results of their own scientific research together with research findings of outstanding Russian lawyers. The aim was to put an emphasis on both science and practice, but some problems of Russian procedural law are searched more precisely and solutions to all of the most difficult problems are offered.
