Ps 45,11 ELBERFELDER 1871 + EL = so wird der König deine Schönheit begehren; denn er ist dein Herrscher: so huldige ihm!

KJV + EL + ELBERFELDER 1871 = So shall the king greatly desire your beauty: since he is your sovereign, to do homage to him!

Ps 45,12 Die Tochter Tyrus wird mit Geschenk dasein; die Reichen im Volk werden vor dir flehen.

KJV + EL = And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall entreat your favor.

Ps 45,13 Des Königs Tochter drinnen ist ganz herrlich; sie ist mit goldenen Gewändern gekleidet.

KJV + EL = The king‘s daughter within the palace is all glorious: her clothing is braided with gold.

Ps 45,14 Man führt sie in gestickten Kleidern zum König; und ihre Gespielen, die Jungfrauen, die ihr nachgehen, führt man zu dir.

KJV + EL = She shall be brought to the king in embroidered work: The virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought to you.

Ps 45,15 Man führt sie mit Freuden und Wonne, und sie gehen in des Königs Palast.

KJV + EL = With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: They shall enter into the king‘s palace.

Ps 45,16 An deiner Väter Statt werden deine Söhne sein; die wirst du zu Fürsten setzen in aller Welt.

KJV + EL = Instead of your fathers shall be your children, whom you may make princes in all the earth.

Ps 45,17 Ich will deines Namens gedenken von Kind zu Kindeskind [alle Geschlechter hindurch]; darum werden dir danken / dich preisen die Völker immer und ewiglich.

KJV + EL = I will make your name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise you / give you thanks / forever and ever.

Psalm 46

Ps 46,1 Ein Lied der Kinder Korah, von der Jugend, vorzusingen. Gott [Elohim] ist unsere Zuversicht und Stärke. Eine Hilfe in den großen Nöten, die uns getroffen haben.

KJV + EL + WEBSTER = To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. Elohim is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Ps 46,2 Darum fürchten wir uns nicht, wenngleich die Welt unterginge und die Berge mitten ins Meer sänken,

KJV + EL = Therefore we will not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

Ps 46,3 wenngleich das Meer wütete und wallte und von seinem Ungestüm die Berge einfielen. (Sela.)

KJV + EL = Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

Ps 46,4 Dennoch soll die Stadt Gottes [Elohims] fein lustig bleiben mit ihren Brünnlein, da die heiligen Wohnungen des Höchsten sind.

KJV + EL = There is a river, the streams of which shall make glad the city of Elohim, the holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High.

Ps 48,3; 2. Kön 19,21; Jes 12,3

Ps 46,5 Gott ist bei ihr drinnen, darum wird sie fest bleiben; Gott [Elohim] hilft ihr früh am Morgen.

KJV + EL = Elohim is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: Elohim will help her, and that right early.

Ps 46,6 Die Nationen (Heiden) müssen verzagen und die König-reiche fallen; das Erdreich muß vergehen, wenn er sich hören läßt.

KJV + EL = The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved: He uttered his voice, the earth melted.

Ps 46,7 JAHWEH Zebaoth ist mit uns, der Gott [Elohim] Jakobs ist unser Schutz. (Sela.)

KJV + EL = YAHWEH Sabaoth is with us; the Elohim of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Ps 46,8 Kommt her und schaut die Werke JAHWEH’s, der auf Erden solch zerstören anrichtet,

KJV + EL = Come, behold the works of YAHWEH, what desolations he has made in the earth.

2. Kön 19,35

Ps 46,9 der den Kriegen steuert in aller Welt, den Bogen zerbricht, Spieße zerschlägt und Wagen mit Feuer verbrennt.

KJV + EL = He makes wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaks the bow, and cuts the spear in pieces; he burns the chariot in the fire.

Ps 76,4

Ps 46,10 Seid stille und erkennt, daß ich Gott [Elohim] bin. Ich will Ehre einlegen unter den Nationen (Heiden); ich will Ehre einlegen auf Erden.

Psalm 47

Ps 47,1 Ein Psalm der Kinder Korah, vorzusingen. Frohlocket mit Händen, alle Völker, und jauchzet Gott [Elohim] mit fröhlichem Schall!

Ps 47,2 Denn JAHWEH, der Allerhöchste, ist erschrecklich, ein großer König auf dem ganzen Erdboden.

KJV + EL = For YAHWEH Most High is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.

Ps 47,3 Er zwingt die Völker unter uns und die Leute unter unsere Füße.

KJV + EL = He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.

Ps 47,4 Er erwählt uns unser Erbteil, die Herrlichkeit Jakobs, den er liebt. (Sela.)

Ps 47,5 Gott [Elohim] fährt auf mit Jauchzen und JAHWEH mit heller Posaune.

Ps 47,6 Lobsinget, lobsinget Gott [Elohim]; lobsinget, lobsinget unserem König!

Ps 47,7 Denn Gott [Elohim] ist König auf dem ganzen Erdboden; lobsinget ihm klüglich / mit Einsicht!

KJV + EL = For Elohim is the King of all the earth: Sing you praises with understanding.

Ps 93,1

Ps 47,8 Gott [Elohim] ist König über die Nationen (Heiden); Gott [Elohim] sitzt auf seinem heiligen Thron.

KJV + EL = Elohim reigns over the nations: Elohim sits upon the throne of his holiness.

Ps 47,9 MENGE = Die Willigen unter den Völkern haben sich versammelt als Volk des Gottes [Elohims] Abrahams. Denn Gott [Elohim] sind untertan die Beherrscher der Erde, hoch erhaben steht er da!

KJV + EL = The princes/ The WILLING of the people are gathered together, even the people of the Elohim of Abraham: For the shields of the earth belong to Elohim: He is greatly exalted.

Psalm 48

Ps 48,1 Ein Psalmlied der Kinder Korah. Groß ist JAHWEH und hochberühmt in der Stadt unseres Gottes [Elohims], auf seinem heiligen Berge.

KJV + EL = A Song [and] Psalm for the sons of Korah. Great is YAHWEH, and greatly to be praised in the city of our Elohim, in the mountain of his holiness.

Ps 46,5

Ps 48,2 Schön ragt empor der Berg Zion, des sich das ganze Land tröstet; an der Seite gegen Mitternacht liegt die Stadt des großen Königs.

KJV + EL = Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.

Ps 48,3 Gott [Elohim] ist in ihren Palästen bekannt, daß er der Schutz sei.

KJV + EL = Elohim is known in her palaces for a refuge.

Ps 48,4 Denn siehe, Könige waren versammelt und sind miteinander vorübergezogen.

KJV + EL = For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.

Ps 48,5 Sie haben sich verwundert, da sie solches sahen; sie haben sich entsetzt und sind davon gestürzt.

KJV + EL = They saw it, and so they marveled; they were troubled, and hurried away.

Ps 48,6 Zittern ist sie daselbst angekommen, Angst wie eine Gebärerin.

KJV + EL = Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail.

Ps 48,7 Du zerbrichst die Schiffe im Meer durch den Ostwind.

KJV + EL = You break the ships of Tarshish with an east wind.

Ps 48,8 Wie wir gehört haben, so sehen wir‘s an der Stadt JAHWEH Zebaoth, an der Stadt unseres Gottes [Elohims]; Gott [Elohim] erhält sie ewiglich. (Sela.)

KJV + EL = As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of YAHWEH Sabaoth, in the city of our Elohim: Elohim will establish it forever. Selah.

Ps 48,9 O Gott [Elohim], wir gedenken deiner Güte in deinem Tempel.

KJV + EL = We have thought of your lovingkindness, O Elohim, in the midst of your temple.

Ps 48,10 O Gott [Elohim], wie dein Name, so ist auch dein Ruhm bis an der Welt Enden; deine Rechte ist voll Gerechtigkeit.

KJV + EL = According to your name, O Elohim, so is your praise to the ends of the earth: Your right hand is full of righteousness.

Ps 48,11 Es freue sich der Berg Zion, und die Töchter Juda‘s seien fröhlich um deiner Gerichte willen.

KJV + EL = Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of your judgments.

Ps 48,12 Macht euch um Zion und umfangt sie, zählt ihre Türme;

KJV + EL = Walk about Zion, and go round about her: Number the towers of it.

Ps 48,13 achtet mit Fleiß auf ihre Mauern, durchwandelt ihre Paläste, auf daß ihr davon verkündigt den Nachkommen,

KJV + EL = Mark you well her bulwarks, consider her palaces: That you may tell it to the generation following.

Ps 48,14 ELBERFELDER 1871 = Denn dieser Gott [Elohim] ist unser Gott [Elohim] immer und ewiglich! Er wird uns leiten bis an den Tod.

KJV + EL = For this Elohim is our Elohim forever and ever: He will be our guide even to death.

Psalm 49

Ps 49,1 ELBERFELDER 1871 = Dem Vorsänger. Von den Söhnen Korahs, ein Psalm. Höret dies, ihr Völker alle; nehmet es zu Ohren, alle Bewohner der Welt;

KJV + EL + WEBSTER = To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. Hear this, all you people; give ear, all you inhabitants of the world:

Ps 49,2 ELBERFELDER 1871 = Sowohl Menschensöhne als Männersöhne, Reiche und Arme allzumal!

KJV + EL = Both low and high, rich and poor, together.

Ps 49,3 Mein Mund soll von Weisheit reden und mein Herz von Verstand sagen.

KJV + EL = My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.

Ps 49,4 Ich will einem Spruch mein Ohr neigen und kundtun mein Rätsel beim Klange der Harfe.

KJV + EL = I will incline my ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.

Ps 49,5 ELBERFELDER 1871 = Warum sollte ich mich fürchten in Tagen des Übels, wenn die

Ungerechtigkeit derer, die mir auf der Ferse sind, mich umringt.

KJV + EL = Why should I fear in the days of evil, when iniquity at my heels shall compass me about?

Ps 49,6 die sich verlassen auf ihr Gut und trotzen auf ihren großen Reichtum?

KJV + EL = They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;

Ps 49,7 Keineswegs vermag jemand seinen Bruder zu erlösen, nicht kann er Gott [Elohim] sein Lösegeld/ seine Sühne geben [noch mit Elohim versöhnen],

KJV + EL = None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to Elohim a ransom for him:

Ps 49,8 denn es kostet zuviel, eine Seele zu erlösen; man muß es anstehen lassen/ davon abstehen ewiglich,

KJV + EL = For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceases forever:

Matth 16,26

Ps 49,9 daß er fortlebe immerdar und die Grube nicht sehe.

KJV + EL = That he should still live forever, and not see corruption.

Ps 49,10 Denn man wird sehen, daß die Weisen sterben sowohl als die Toren und Narren umkommen und müssen ihr Gut anderen lassen.

KJV + EL = For he sees that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others.

Ps 49,11 Das ist ihr Herz/ ihr Gedanke, daß ihre Häuser währen immerdar, ihre Wohnungen bleiben für und für; und haben große Ehre auf Erden.

KJV + EL = Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue forever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.

Ps 49,12 Dennoch kann ein Mensch nicht bleiben, der im Ansehen ist, sondern muß davon wie ein Vieh [er gleicht dem Vieh, das man vertilgt].

Ps 49,13 Dies ihr Tun ist eitel Torheit; doch loben es ihre Nachkommen mit ihrem Munde. (Sela.)

Ps 49,14 Sie liegen in den Scheol (= ELBERFELDER) wie Schafe, der Tod weidet sie; aber die Frommen werden gar bald über sie herrschen, und ihr Trotz muß vergehen; in der Scheol müssen sie bleiben.

KJV + EL = They are appointed as sheep for Sheol; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall be for Sheol to consume from their dwelling.

Ps 49,15 Aber Gott [Elohim] wird meine Seele erlösen von der Gewalt des Scheols (= ELBERFELDER); denn er hat mich angenommen/ wird mich aufnehmen. (Sela.)

KJV + EL = But Elohim will redeem my soul from the power of Sheol: For he shall receive me. Selah.

Hos 13,14

Ps 49,16 Laß dich es nicht irren, wenn einer reich wird, wenn die Herrlichkeit seines Hauses groß wird.

KJV + EL = Be not afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased;

Hiob 21,7-15

Ps 49,17 Denn er wird nichts in seinem Sterben mitnehmen, und seine Herrlichkeit wird ihm nicht nachfahren.

KJV + EL = For when he dies he shall carry nothing away: His glory shall not descend after him.

Pred 5,13.14

Ps 49,18 Er tröstet sich wohl dieses guten Lebens [Ob er auch seine Seele segnete in seinem Leben], - und man preiset‘s, wenn einer sich gütlich tut;

KJV + EL = Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and men will praise you, when you do well for yourself.

Luk 16,19-31

Ps 49,19 aber doch fahren sie ihren Vätern nach und sehen das Licht nimmermehr.

KJV + EL = He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall never see light.

Ps 49,20 Kurz, wenn ein Mensch in Ansehen ist und hat keinen Verstand, so fährt er davon wie ein Vieh.

ALBRECHT = Wer in Reichtum prangt und ist ohne Verstand - Wer in fleischlichem Sinn nur an das Irdische denkt. / Der gleicht den Tieren, die man vertilgt.

KJV + EL = Man that is in honor, and understands not, is like the beasts that perish.

Psalm 50

Ps 50,1 Ein Psalm Asaphs. Gott [El], JAHWEH, der Allmächtige, redet und ruft der Welt vom Aufgang der Sonne bis zu ihrem Niedergang.

KJV + EL + WEBSTER = A Psalm of Asaph. The Mighty El, YAHWEH, has spoken, and called the earth from the rising to the setting of the sun.

1. Chron 25,1

Ps 50,2 Aus Zion bricht an der schöne Glanz Gottes [Elohims].

KJV + EL = Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, Elohim has shined.

Ps 50,3 Unser Gott [Elohim] kommt und schweigt nicht. Fressendes Feuer geht vor ihm her und um ihn her ist ein großes Wetter.

KJV + EL = Our Elohim shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

Ps 96,13

Ps 50,4 Er ruft Himmel und Erde, daß er sein Volk richte:

KJV + EL = He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.

Jes 1,2

Ps 50,5 „Versammelt mir meine Heiligen, die den Bund mit mir gemacht haben beim Opfer.“

KJV + EL = Gather my saints together to me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.

Ps 50,6 Und die Himmel werden seine Gerechtigkeit verkündigen; denn Gott [Elohim] ist Richter. (Sela.)

Ps 50,7 „Höre, mein Volk, laß mich reden; Israel, laß mich unter dir zeugen: Ich, Gott [Elohim], bin dein Gott [Elohim].

KJV + EL = Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against you: I am Elohim, even your Elohim.

Ps 50,8 Deines Opfers halber strafe ich dich nicht, sind doch deine Brandopfer immer vor mir.

KJV + EL = I will not reprove you for your sacrifices or your burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.

Jes 1,11

Ps 50,9 Ich will nicht von deinem Hause Farren nehmen noch Böcke aus deinen Ställen.

KJV + EL = I will take no bullock out of your house, nor he-goats out of your folds.

Ps 50,10 Denn alle Tiere im Walde sind mein und das Vieh auf den Bergen, da sie bei tausend gehen.

KJV + EL = For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.

Ps 50,11 Ich kenne alle Vögel auf den Bergen, und allerlei Tier auf dem Feld ist vor mir.

Ps 50,12 Wo mich hungerte, wollte ich dir nicht davon sagen; denn der Erdboden ist mein und alles, was darinnen ist.

KJV + EL = If I were hungry, I would not tell you: For the world is mine, and the fullness thereof.

Ps 50,13 Meinst du, daß ich Ochsenfleisch essen wolle oder Bocksblut trinken?

KJV + EL = Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?

Ps 50,14 Opfere Gott/Elohim Dank/ Lob [ALBRECHT: nicht mit äußeren Opfern, sondern in der rechten Gesinnung des Herzens] und bezahle dem Höchsten deine Gelübde [erfülle Elohim gegenüber deine guten Vorsätze, indem du deinen Wandel besserst]

KJV + EL = Offer to Elohim thanksgiving; and pay your vows to the Most High:

Ps 50,15 und rufe mich an in der Not, so will ich dich erretten, so sollst du mich preisen/ verherrlichen.“

KJV + EL = And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.

Ps 81,8; 91,15; Hiob 22,27

Ps 50,16 Aber zum Gesetzlosen [= ELBERFELDER] spricht Gott [Elohim]: „Was verkündigst du meine Rechte/ Satzungen und nimmst meinen Bund in deinen Mund,

KJV + EL = But to the wicked/ the lawless Elohim says, What have you to do to declare my statutes, or that you should take my covenant in your mouth?

Röm 2,21-23

Ps 50,17 so du doch Zucht hassest und wirfst meine Worte hinter dich.

Ps 50,18 Wenn du einen Dieb siehst, so läufst du mit ihm und hast Gemeinschaft mit den Ehebrechern.

KJV + EL = When you saw a thief, then you consented with him, and have been partaker with adulterers.

Eph 5,11

Ps 50,19 Deinen Mund läßt du Böses reden, und deine Zunge treibt Falschheit.

Ps 50,20 Du sitzest und redest wider deinen Bruder; deiner Mutter Sohn verleumdest du.

Ps 50,21 Das tust du, und ich schweige; da meinst du, ich werde sein gleichwie du. Aber ich will dich strafen und will dir‘s unter Augen stellen.

KJV + EL = These things have you done, and I kept silence; you thought that I was altogether such a one as yourself: But I will reprove you, and set them in order before your eyes.

Ps 73,11

Ps 50,22 Merket doch das, die ihr Gottes [Eloah] vergesset, daß ich nicht einmal hinraffe und sei kein Retter da.

MENGE = O beherzigt das wohl, Ihr Gottvergess'nen! "sonst raffe ich euch hinweg ohne Rettung.

KJV + EL = Now consider this, you that forget Eloah, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.

Ps 50,23 Wer Lob/Dank opfert, der preiset mich; und da ist der Weg, daß ich ihm zeige das Heil Gottes/Elohims.«

KJV + EL = Whoever offers thanksgiving glorifies me: And to him that orders his way aright will I show the salvation of Elohim.

Psalm 51

Ps 51,1 Ein Psalm Davids, vorzusingen; da der Prophet Nathan zu ihm kam, als er war zu Bath-Seba eingegangen. O Gott [Elohim], sei mir gnädig nach deiner Güte und tilge meine Sünden nach deiner großen Barmherzigkeit.

KJV + EL + WEBSTER = To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came to him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba. Have mercy upon me, O Elohim, according to your lovingkindness: according to the multitude of your tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Ps 51,2 Wasche mich wohl von meiner Missetat und reinige mich von meiner Sünde.

KJV + EL = Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

Ps 51,3 Denn ich erkenne meine Missetat, und meine Sünde ist immer vor mir.

KJV + EL = For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Ps 32,5

Ps 51,4 An dir allein habe ich gesündigt und übel vor dir getan, auf daß du recht behaltest in deinen Worten und rein bleibest, wenn du gerichtet wirst.

ELBERFELDER 1871 = Gegen dich, gegen dich allein habe ich gesündigt, und ich habe getan, was böse ist in deinen Augen; damit du gerechtfertigt werdest, wenn du redest, rein erfunden, wenn du richtest.

KJV + EL = Against you, you only, have I sinned, and done this evil in your sight: That you might be justified when you speak, and be clear when you judge. - Röm 3,4.19

Ps 51,5 Siehe, ich bin in sündlichem Wesen geboren, und meine Mutter hat mich in Sünden empfangen.

KJV + EL = Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Joh 3,6

Ps 51,6 Siehe, du hast Lust zur Wahrheit, die im Verborgenen liegt; du lässest mich wissen die heimliche Weisheit (ELBERFELDER = und im Verborgenen wirst du mich Weisheit kennen lehren) [ALBRECHT: Die Weisheit ist der Weg zur Wahrheit].
